Chamomile, a daisy-like plant belonging to the Asteraceae family, is known for its delicate flowers and sweet, apple-like fragrance.  Light, floral, and gently sweet with apple-like undertones. Often enjoyed as a soothing, comforting tea and in topical applications like balms and salves.

Serving size: Pour 8-12 oz of boiling water (212°F) over 1 tsp Chamomile flowers. Steep 3-4 minutes.

Persons with allergies to other members of the Asteraceae family should exercise caution with chamomile. The infusion should not be used near the eyes.
